About the preceptor Benedicta is looking for:

Located near Evans, GA.

Required Hours: 240
 Preceptor: Must be a master's-prepared (or higher) RN with an active license in
the U.S. The preceptor must have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare
leadership or management.
 Role of the Preceptor: The Preceptor will help orient you in your setting and
provide resources as you complete your project. They will assist in obtaining
organizational support and approval to complete the MSN Field Experience
Project and will verify hours and project completion. You do not have to shadow
the Preceptor. You may communicate in person or via technology at times that
work for both. The Preceptor is not obligated to spend a certain number of clock
hours with you.
 Site Requirements: Experience must be completed within a healthcare setting,
to address an identified nursing problem or need in current practices. The site
must allow student implementation projects.
 Organizational Approval: Ask for the contact information for someone who can
sign the Western Governors University’s Organizational Approval Letter
